Returns are accepted within 14 days of ordering. IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER,CONDACT US IMMEDIATELY.

For any cancellation of the orderRefunds are NOT accepted.
It is not possible to return products without a defect. GreekArt-Souvenirs.gr customers are kindly requested to evaluate the features of the product before ordering, in order to avoid unnecessary returns.
In case a product is returned in which no defect will be found, the product is sent to the customer ,In case of dislike of the received product, there is no possibility of a refund
The replacement of each returned product, with one for another, through the online store GreekArt-Souvenirs.gr is exclusive and only at the discretion of the company.
Competent courts for any dispute between customers – company are appointed Courts of Thessaloniki.
