SHIPPING METHODS

GreekArt-Souvenirs.gr sends you, its products with the courier companies :ACS (GREECE) – DHL (EUROPE-OTHER COUNTRIES).

 For any larger size and weight order, for a cheaper cost, shipments are made with transport companies, always in consultation with our customer.

Delivery time

The products are shipped the next business day after ordering. Shipping cost:FOR ORDERS OVER 50 euros,FREE SHIPING!!!

Shipping cost in GREECE by door to door courier becomes as follows:

 Package weighing up to 3 kg, the cost of shipping is 4,50 euros.

 Also the cost of cash on delivery is 2,50 euros.

 Over 3 kilos, each additional kilo is charged with a charge of 2.00 euros.

ATTENTION: ALL PACKAGES ARE VOLUMEED BY THE COURRIER COMPANIES, AND THERE MAY BE DIFFERENCES IN THE CHARGING OF THE SHIPPING, BETWEEN THE TRANSPORT TRANSPORTATION ACCORDING TO THE ACTUAL WEIGHT OF THE PACKAGE.

 ATTENTION: IN SOME DIFFICULT AREAS, THE CHARGE, IT IS PLUS 3.00 euros.

DELIVERY / OWNERSHIP / RISK

The products can be sent to you ,anywhere within the Greek Territory or abroad. The products will be sent to you at the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form, or by phone (in case of telephone order) in the way you have chosen. The shipment is made through the way you have chosen, with the corresponding charge of transport costs. Shipments will be made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The cost calculation is done automatically, from our website.

If there is a problem, the manager of our company will contact you to inform about the difference in cost, reserving on your part the right to cancel your order, if you disagree with this cost. After accepting the order, the company does not bear any responsibility and you must receive it.

The delivery time mentioned on each product is approximate. GreeArt-Souvenirs.gr will make every effort to send you the products as soon as possible.

GreekArt-Souvenirs.gr is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases that can not be attributed to the fault of GreekArt-Souvenirs.gr, or due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of time for execution. Examples include strikes, supplier / transfer / production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts, and natural disasters. If such incidents last for more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.
