Product Return
Return of non-defective products – the right to reasonable withdrawal from the customer.
The customer reserves the right to return the products he purchased, in accordance with the consumer protection law,unjustifiably, within (14)fourteen calendar days, from the date of the product reception. In that case the merchandise must return to its original status. Non-defective products can be returned and transportation feescan be paid by our company, only after our phone communication with the customer and always accordingly with the quantity and the price of the merchantise.
Orders for refund will be issued only for products returned as appropriate. If the returned product does not fulfill the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to the customer. All return conditions apply to product change.
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal
1. Where the products have been modified after the customer’s request.
2. For damage caused during the opening of the product, for which the liability is burden exclusively to the customer.
Returns will be accepted strictly, only if the following conditions are complied:
- The product is in its original excellent condition. The audit will be carried out by the manager of our online store.
- The product is returned within a safe packaging, so that it does not wear or break during its transportation. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the transportation of the product.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

The return will be charged to the customer ,through the courier companies we cooperate with which you have received your package. If the product returned to another company courier or in another means, the cost of return is burden to the customer and our electronic store will not receive products if the cost has not been already covered by the customer.
For the refund of money:
In case of withdrawal, we will provide you the initial amount to you.
If the payment of the product was made by you via credit card or debit card, our company shall inform the bank for cancellation of transaction, and the bank will proceed under the terms
provided by contract existed ,between client (you) and the bank.our company after the notification,bears no responsibility for implementation,as well as the time and way of implementing the reversal ,for the specific transaction. if payment is done with cash or bank remittance,or cash on delivery ,in order for our company to return the amount,you must indicate a bank account (sending us proof that you are beneficiary of the account) in which will be depositedthe ammount of money for return the product.
Returns of products that have some defects,or wrong products were delivered.
Our electronic store gives our focus on quality of products, and the best shipment of your order.in the rear case, that the customer received proven defective or wrong product, should inform our company immediately describing the problem.
especially in these cases the customer can:
- To refuse to receive the product and to request the delivery of the product he ordered, if it is a proven wrong product shipment.
- To receive the product and return it ,by requesting the product ordered,as long as it is a wrong product ,or to be replaced as long as it is a deffective product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, to return the product and ask for the money he paid.
Conditions for return of products:
- To accept the return,the alleged as wrong product,must be in excellent condition,been altered,broken or any way damaged.the product must be returned in a safe packaging, so that it does not break during the transportation .
- If the product received by the customer is broken, you should contact the same day of receipt, notifing the problem and find a way to solve it.either with the replacement of the item, or to refund ,after of course the manager of the online store ,carries out a check.
- Have not passed seven(7)days for shipments within greece, and fifteen(15) days for shipments abroad, from the receipt of the product.
- in the case that the customer receives a different product that does not consist with the description of our e-shop.
- Within the package of the product ,customer must return intact and in excellent condition, all the documents accompanying the product (original proof of acquisition / invoice) .the audit will be done by the executive manager of the company.
- The product has been damaged or broken ,caused by customer treatment
Cancellation of order
You have the possibility to cancel your order immediately, or within the space, that the document of delivery of your order, invoice / tax receipt is issued.after the invoice is issued ,no cancellation can be made.
